"Yes it's true pop pickers - it's all over for the multi-coloured pure pop foursome. After a career spanning two years, Deuce have decided to call it a day.

The group rose to fame with hits such as 'On the Bible' and 'Call it Love' and even competed in (and survived) the Song For Europe competition. But just before the 'Hits' went to press, in the light of Craig's departure, the Deuce bods decided to close the doors on Chateau Pop and change the locks.

The lovely Lisa, spotted out with boyfriend Ant McPartlin at the Cult of Ant and Dec party, said of the split, "it's a relief, to be honest. We're all such good mates, but the band had run its natural course. I don't know how we'll feel when the novelty of the split wears off, but we know what we've done is for the best."

Lisa is currently working on a show reel and hoping to break into TV presenting. Paul, meanwhile, has signed a solo record deal with Love This Records, and Mandy is still figuring out what to do next."
